Greetings Dear Partner,
Polycom Development Project, in Collaboration with SDG Kenya Forum, wishes to take this opportunity to invite you to our 7th Edition of the Urban Thinkers Campus on Monday 31st October from 8am-4pm at Golden Tulip Hotel-Westlands.
The Urban Thinkers Campus (UTC) is an initiative of the UN-Habitat World Urban Campaign, conceived in 2014, as an open space for exchange between stakeholders, partners and community groups, aimed at promoting sustainable urbanization. It is also visualized as a platform to advocate for enlightened planning and design of our cities and propose urban solutions in addressing urbanization challenges to urban futures.
The focus of this UTC is to consolidate urban actors’ strategies towards a City that is safe, inclusive and ideal for everyone, while creating;
- Opportunities for interaction and collaboration with various actors
- Synergies in the implementation of the SDGs through the New Urban Agenda
- Cross learning and innovations
- Contribution towards “The City We Need Now”
